Our vineyard is mainly located in Beaunay as well as in the municipality of Celles-lès-Condé, totaling an area of 4 hectares. This modest size allows us to cultivate our plots like gardens, with the utmost respect for the ecosystem specific to each plot. The average age of our family vineyard is 39 years old, with a total of 23,114 vines, distributed as follows: 12,817 Chardonnay vines, 8,549 Meunier vines, 1,335 Pinot Noir vines, and 413 Pinot Gris vines. Within our estate, we use the Napoleonic cadastre dating back to 1821 to distinguish and name our plots. This cadastre stands out for its increased precision and lesser simplification compared to the current administrative cadastre. Additionally, it allows us to appreciate more finely the different local ecosystems and microclimates.
