Rosé d’Infusion

Rosé d’Infusion is not currently available. The 2021 harvest did not reach sufficient maturity for the Meunier to achieve an optimal infusion. Rosé will return in 2026, crafted from the 2022 harvest.
All wines rested for six months after disgorgement before leaving the estate.

The Infusion Method
Rosé d’Infusion was born from a simple idea: applying the tea infusion method to wine.
After pressing, we wait until the Chardonnay juice is at the start of fermentation, then we pick the finest Meunier clusters from the “Les Barabannes” plot.
Next, the Meunier grapes are sorted and delicately destemmed by hand to keep the berries intact. We then pour the Meunier berries into the Chardonnay must.
From there, we monitor the infusion several times a day, tasting blind to judge flavor; color is not our concern.
