These Terms and Conditions are intended to define all the conditions of access to and use of the Site available at www.champagne-oudiette.com.

Access to and use of the website available at www.champagne-oudiette.com (hereinafter the “Site”) implies tacit and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the User, under their latest online version.
“User(s)” refers herein to any person connecting to and browsing the Site.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE
- The Publisher provides on the Site information thematically organized concerning Champagne Oudiette wines, the village of Beaunay, the Oudiette estate and its owners. Access to and consultation of the Site are entirely free of charge, except for the costs related to equipment, communication tools and the Internet connection required to access and use the Site, which remain the sole responsibility of the User.
- For any questions regarding the use of the Site or the Oudiette estate, the User is invited to contact the Publisher using the details provided in Article 5 hereof.
2. ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY
- Access to the Site is free and provided on a continuous and permanent basis, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the Publisher’s control, and subject to possible failures and technical, maintenance and updating interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
- Moreover, due to the very nature of the Internet, the Publisher cannot guarantee the operation of the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. LIABILITY
- The Publisher strives to provide Users with the most reliable and high-quality information possible on the Site.
- However, the Publisher does not guarantee the completeness of the information provided on the Site, nor its suitability for the use Users wish to make of it. Consequently, Users acknowledge that they use this information under their sole responsibility. The Publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages suffered by Users or by third parties, arising from the information published on the Site, or more generally, from browsing and using the Site.
- The Publisher exercises no control over the websites linked to the Site via hypertext links, and declines any responsibility related to these sites and their content.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All visuals and photographs visible on the Site are protected by copyright and all other intellectual property rights, and belong to the Publisher or to third parties having authorized the Publisher to use them. Any reproduction and/or representation, of any nature whatsoever, without authorization, of a visual or photograph appearing on the Site, constitutes an infringement and will be subject to legal proceedings.
- Likewise, all other data of any kind, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio or video clips, trademarks, software, and site features, displayed on the Site, are protected by copyright, trademark law and all other intellectual property rights, and belong to the Publisher or to third parties having authorized the Publisher to use them.
- The Publisher, in its capacity as publisher of the Site, grants the User a private, non-collective, and non-exclusive right of use on the data referred to in Articles 4.1 and 4.2. Under these conditions, the User undertakes not to reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or redistribute, without the prior express authorization of the Publisher, any text, title, application, software, logo, image, graphic charter, trademark, information or illustration, for any use other than strictly private, excluding any representation for commercial purposes or mass redistribution.
- Any creation of a hypertext link from another website to the Site must be subject to the prior express authorization of the Publisher, which may be withdrawn at any time by the Publisher without having to justify its decision.

6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
- In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Publisher has declared its customer/prospect file to the CNIL.
- Personal data relating to Users, collected directly through forms and indirectly during their browsing on the Site, as well as any future information, are intended solely for the exclusive use of the Publisher, to process their information requests, respond to their emails and letters, send them newsletters they may have subscribed to, and for compiling internal statistics.
- In accordance with the provisions of the Law of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on data protection, Users have the right to access data concerning them, as well as the right to modify, correct, delete and transfer such data. They may also object to any processing of their data, which however implies that the Publisher will not be able to process requests requiring the use of such data.
- To exercise this right, simply send a letter or email to the contact details provided in Article 5 of these Terms.
- The Publisher stores the User’s personal data on its own servers and undertakes to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of such data at all times. They will be kept for a period of one (1) year from the last exchange of correspondence with the User.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law, both as to substance and form, and only the French version shall be authoritative for their interpretation. Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of these provisions requires the parties to attempt to reach an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent court.
The Publisher reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these conditions. The new clauses will govern all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will be binding between them.
