Our convictions evolve with the seasons, the wines, and our actions or our non-actions. Crafting our wines requires an open mind, free from dogmas or beliefs.

A few words

Established in Beaunay for nearly 100 years, Champagne Oudiette is run by the Oudiette family: Maxime, Pascal, and Sylvie.

We strive to understand every nuance of our land and every subtlety of our vines. Guided by experience passed down through generations, we honor the traditional methods of planting, pruning, and vineyard care.

Maxime Oudiette joined his parents in 2012, bringing with him the experience gained at Champagne Thuillier and Champagne Jacques Selosse. He represents the new generation, with a modern and committed approach to Champagne viticulture.

Since 2015, Maxime has developed his own viticultural philosophy, based on harmony between the land, the vines, and the wine. He incorporates organic and biodynamic practices, as well as vitiforestry and permaculture. Every action, from vineyard care to winemaking, is tailored to each plot to fully express the character of each terroir.
