Biocoenosis :

This plot borders several hedges, providing a habitat rich in biodiversity. Notably, rabbits can be seen burrowing among the vineyard rows, along with pheasants and foxes. However, the relatively cold climate slows down soil life, making it more vulnerable.

Biotope :

The soil of this vineyard is very fertile, with humus abundantly mixed into the clay. At a depth of around 80 cm, limestone stones begin to appear, some arranged in stacks of flat stones. Additionally, beneath this plot, two springs flow, significantly cooling the terroir despite its south-facing exposure.
