Our vineyard is mainly located in Beaunay, as well as in the villages of Celles-lès-Condé and Étoges, covering a total area of 4 hectares. This modest size allows us to cultivate our plots like gardens, with the utmost respect for the specific ecosystem of each parcel. The vines in our family vineyard have an average age of 39 years.
A total of 26,115 vines,
- 16,799 Chardonnay vines
- 7,199 Meunier vines
- 1,636 Pinot Noir vines
- 481 Pinot Gris vines
Within our estate, we use the Napoleonic land registry (cadastre) dating back to 1821 to identify and name our plots. This registry is distinguished by its greater precision and less simplification compared to the current administrative cadastre. It also allows us to better understand the different ecosystems and local microclimates.
